The absence of harmful substances and long distances to our end consumers are the logical consequence of the challenges of our time. “Made in Germany” stands for quality and short distances, which the CHECK green brand, whose products are produced in Germany, is rightly proud of. The great advantage of regional production is that environmentally harmful emissions, such as those caused by transportation by plane or ship, are avoided. CHECK green has already been awarded the Blue Angel for this. This certificate is awarded to environmentally friendly products that are manufactured regionally.

If furnishings contain harmful substances, this poses a health risk. This does not apply to CHECK green brand design floors. They are absolutely harmless to health, as they do not contain PVC or other harmful substances such as pesticides. This is confirmed by the eco-Institute's environmental seal, which is one of the strictest seals on the German market. CHECK green can also boast the A+ label. A floor that can do even more

CHECK green floors are good for the environment and for health. But they are even more, namely robust, hard-wearing, heat-resistant, lightfast and easy to install. They are also extremely resistant to moisture, which is undoubtedly due to the integrated Aqua-Stop core board. Even in very damp rooms such as the bathroom or kitchen, it prevents liquids from penetrating. If CHECK green design floors are laid in a damp room, their antibacterial surface, which has been proven to inhibit bacterial growth, is certainly also an advantage.

The secret lies in the structure

The Aqua-Stop core board, which prevents liquids of all kinds from penetrating, is located inside the high-quality CHECK green flooring. Underneath this is the counter layer and above this the designer layer, which is of course variable and available in various plank or tile formats. Above the designer layer is a wear layer including a surface sealant that protects the floor from scratches and other wear and tear.

  3. CHECK green has thermal stability and lightfastness, which is why the floor is suitable for floor-to-ceiling windows and in conservatories. Even moisture cannot harm the floor thanks to the Aqua-Stop core board.
  4. The robust surface protects the floor from scratches caused by moving furniture, falling objects or the claws of pets. It is also manufactured with a very stable click system.
  5. In contrast to other floor coverings, CHECK green does not become charged with electrical energy through friction. On the one hand, this prevents unwanted electric shocks and on the other, dust and dirt are less likely to stick to the floor.
