An impact sound underlay must fulfil a wide range of requirements such as improving walking and impact sound, protection against moisture and dynamic loads, flammability and compensation for unevenness. In addition, the thermal insulation behaviour plays a decisive role in heated or cooled floors.1009 V-Sound impact sound underlay is suitable for floating click vinyl floors and designer floors. The impact sound underlay with a thickness of 1.0 mm is technically impressive in many respects. Thanks to the impact sound reduction of up to 18 dB and its walking sound reduction of over 40%, every floor is particularly quiet. The impact sound insulation is also suitable for laying over underfloor heating (thermal resistance of 0.02 m²K/W) and provides effective protection against rising damp thanks to the integrated vapour barrier. Due to the pressure load of 490 kPa, the floor and the associated click connections are relieved and the durability of the floor is greatly increased. The levelling capacity of 0.5 mm means that minor unevenness at certain points can be evened out.
